Hello World,
Finally, yes...I blog. Many a time, I have felt the urge to put my thoughts in words, but have never really attempted to. But I knew deep within that I could and I will, some day. Well, that some day falls today.
The title for my first blog flashed across spontaneously. I didn't have to make a choice. It was..the choice.
I have never given any serious thought to the so-called 'Universe' until recently when I happened to listen to a mentor talking about it so profusely. For him, the Universe is everything! The Universe listens to your words, pays attention to your deeds, rewards you for the good, punishes you for the bad!! He cited real life incidents too. Truly speaking, I was not really moved by the session. As every other day, I reached back home.
But the word 'Universe' kept thrashing the shores of my mind like never before. It just came and I didn't try abolishing the thought. By then, I realized that I myself have started listening to the Universe, that I have started giving space for the Universe to act for myself. Trust me, it works!! And that's not the end of it. It backfires very badly when you try to act smart, deeming ourselves to be superior.
So, what's the Universe? It isn't the same for all. With the nascent encounters that I have had, I feel it isn't an uphill task to feel the pulse. But yes, listen to your heart. It often speaks very softly, which is why we humans tend not to lend ears. We have this natural tendency to be lost in the noisy crowd and rush like anything for nothing.
A step ahead, I could draw resemblances of the mentor's Universe with what I call God. Both seem to be one and the same!! Or are they? Why not call it our own conscience? Or are those hints making appearance during the times of confusions or frustrations also be called so? What's fate then? Or is there something so? Is destiny a reality?
I am no mentor. More is being asked than getting answered. Think about it...You are the Universe!!
